Managing Director
Mr. Corazzini is an accomplished professional in financial services owning and successfully operating James Corazzini Agency for over 30 years; offering financial-services directly to consumers in the South Bay Beach cities of Los Angeles. He is also the co-founder of proprietary software used with prepaid, debit and credit card programs to identify spending behavior.
James created, developed and compiled a team of high-level professionals to implement and launch an INSURANCE Prepaid Debit Card program to meet the needs of thousands of Insurance agents nationwide.
Frank Campis
Chief Implementation Manager
For over 25 years Mr. Campis has been operating in the financial services industry. As our Non-Technical Implementations Manager Frank is part of the Implementations department, which is responsible for the execution of high quality, accurate, and on-time Card Programs, on-boarding procedures from the kick-off to the first live order. Mr. Campis brings impactful prepaid programs to life by extracting a comprehensive understanding of our clients goals and friction points, consider all stakeholder perspectives and capabilities and unleashing the power of internal Affinity Prepaid Services departments.
Oscar Bazan,
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bazan has been extensively involved in the stored value industry for the last 17+ years as a senior consultant. Mr. Oscar Bazan can be described as a pioneer in the co-branded stored value program industry, both in the U.S. and globally. He has had a pulse on all business development, marketing, administrative and operations for all facilities since the inception of the prepaid industry, dating back to 2002.
Mark DeBacker
Chief Financial Officer
Mark spent almost 20 years in leadership and executive management positions in public accounting, healthcare and financial services firms. Mark has managed significant audit, tax and consulting projects at Deloitte & Touche, following which he served as Chief Financial Officer for various healthcare and financial institutions, including Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, Evans Bancorp and Stampede Holdings where he oversaw overall financial management and regulatory compliance, including oversight of operations and technology initiatives.
Mark has been Managing Director of the Financial Institutions Practice of Carillon Capital Partners, a boutique Investment and Merchant Bank, assisting companies with capital markets activities, including capital and debt structuring as well as business advisory management.
Most recently, Mark has been Founder, Chairman and CEO of Blue Bridge Financial, LLC, a specialty finance company servicing small business lenders and financial institutions on a national basis. Mark’s experience is diverse, including technical accounting and compliance matters including significant interface with the SEC, FDIC, OCC, Federal Reserve and State Banking agencies.
Derek Higgins,
Managing Director/ Chief Technology Officer
Securities-related software design and development. Derek’s skills are in Web and desktop software architecture, user interface design, requirements gathering, functional spec creation, database schema design, software project management, stakeholder relationship management, internet server administration, visual design, design and user documentation, digital media, complex business logic and algorithm implementation. Derek’s technological expertise is in Specialties web development, Database Design, Networking, Server Management, Virtualization. PHP, SQL, MySQL, C#, Java, Javascript; Linux, Windows server, Unix, Active Directory. He bring such Intangibles such as exceptionally creative thinker. Marcelo helps chart the future direction of Affinity by identifying and investigating new opportunities, projecting future results, and ensuring the business can execute against its long-term strategy. Marcelo partners directly with product, marketing, business development, strategy and finance teams, working cross-functionally to deliver results, as well as working with external partners such as issuing banks, payment networks, merchants and other players to help deliver on our product strategy and roadmap.
His extensive experience with VIP services in the hospitality and entertainment industries will also allow us to have Affinity only loyalty partners for our co-branding partners, such as rewards for spectacular events and entertainment.
